STAGE 1: PRAISE THE BODY

  1. My dear body you are so great and excellent.
  2. Working continuously without expectation is what you teach us.
  3. My dear body you are the greatest mystery of life and will be for ever.
  4. Your greatness is unique in this universe.
  5. I am surprised to see your co-ordination with the nature. Great my dear body.

STAGE 2: LOVE THE BODY

  1. I love my body each and every second of my life.
  2. I love my organs and I support their needs.
  3. I love my intakes like breath, food, water, etc. so that my love towards my body spreads within.
  4. I love my body as it works for me without expectation.
  5. I love my body which is greatest mystery of the universe.

STAGE 3: THANK THE BODY

  1. I thank my body for its selfless work.
  2. I thank my senses for its support in making my body healthy.
  3. I thank my internal organs for its continuous process.
  4. I thank my body for its self healing systems.
  5. I thank my body for keeping me  healthy and strong.
