Normally, we have forgotten to appreciate the great creation of nature. A body is one of the greatest creation of nature.Let’s learn or practice our self to appreciate our own body. Appreciating our physical body,organs,mind etc. is a process of making our self close to the nature and keeping our body healthy. So appreciate all your 12 systems of our body, so that none of our organs miss their appreciation. For example,

  1. My central nervous system is great and excellent.
  2. My nervous system is extraordinary.
  3. My endocrine system is simply superb.
  4. My Respiratory system is an amazing part of my body.
  5. My digestive system is a great miracle of the creation and so on……………..
